KPETS PET EXPO! 

(Formerly K-9 Karnival)

After much brai= n-storming and consideration, the KPETS K-9 Karnival will be more of an Ex= po this year so we will be hosting the KPETS Pet Expo and Str= oll and Roll Walk on  Sunday, June = 12, at Grater Memorial Park, Ephrata from 11am -3pm.

 =

We learned a lo= t from our attempt at last year's event and we're ready to g= et started on making this year's event better!

 =

We plan to kick= off the event with the Stroll and Roll Walk and build on it from there - with vendors, info booths, speakers, demos, a microchip clinic, etc.

Be sure= to visit BUiLDiNG CHARACTER&nb= sp;(which is doggie friendly) during the month of April. There are over 30 shops under one roof. The shops at 342 N Queen Street (rear), Lancaster feature clothing, jewelry, gifts, photography, art, h= ome decor, furniture, antiques, collectibles, architectural salvage= and so much more. AND during April a portion of the proceeds will be donated to KPETS!

Jenny's husband, Joey's shop Unrul= ey Stables

 is located there and will = be donating 20% of his April sales (including custom orders) to KP= ETS! Unruley Stables features custom and unique furniture, for pets and their people. "If you can t= hink it, they can build it". I've got something in mind already!

Plan a special trip to visit the shops and check out the local unique vendors. Wear your KPETS vest or sca= rf and take your pooch along for the fun

= Lexi's Challenge to KPETS Tea= ms

= KPETS was a turning point in Lexi's life and ours= . You can not put a price on the amount of love t= hat Lexi and all of our KPETS therapy animals b= ring people. There are so many lives we touch and even change through = our visits. Unfortunately KPETS can not s= urvive on love alone. If that were the case, KPETS would be a billion do= llar organization. Our challenge to everyone who loves their KPETS the= rapy animals is to make a donation and help Lexi<= /span> reach her goal of raising $2,500 for KPETS. We will match the mon= ey raised in honor of Lexi, and her figh= t to continue to be able to spread her love, up to an additional $2,500. We are confident that you all have a deep appreciation and love for KPETS and can be part of raising $5,000 for this organization. You see = the joy in children's eyes at the reading program, or the smile on a resident that looks forward to the animal visits. We could not sh= are the love we have for our therapy animals with so many other peopl= e if we did not have KPETS.
